This page is maintained by Escanaba Berserkers Rugby Football Club to explain how information submitted through eskyrugby.org forms is used. It is not a legal contract.
What we collect
When you fill out the Join, Contact, or Sponsor forms, we collect what you type into those fields — typically your name, email, and the details you choose to share (city, phone if provided, message, and topic). We do not ask for medical or health information through recruitment forms, and we do not collect information about children through this site.
Why we collect it
We use submissions only to respond to your inquiry — invite you to a practice, answer a question, follow up on a sponsorship, or route your message to the appropriate club officer.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for marketing. Submissions are handled by the club's email and standard hosting/email service providers used to deliver the message to us.
Requesting correction or deletion
You can ask us to correct or delete information you've sent through a form. Email eskyrugbyclub@gmail.com and tell us what you'd like changed or removed. We'll act on reasonable requests as soon as we can.
